I have ordered the wrong size, can I return it?

As bandanas and bow ties are made to order, we cannot accept returns of these products. Please check the sizing carefully and contact us at charliescollars@outlook.com if you need any help

 

We do accept returns of our matching collars and harnesses if returned within 21 days of purchase. Please contact us for the returns procedure.

We will only accept returns that are unused, unwashed and with original packaging.

Once your return has been assessed, processed and accepted, credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 days. This credit will not include your original shipping costs.

We will send you an email once credit is returned and you are free to purchase another item in another size
